My commitment 

I understand that consulting the Tarot can be a personal and delicate process. Therefore, I am dedicated to providing you with a secure and supportive environment. My attention will be solely on your needs, and I will refrain from making judgments or giving criticism. I will always be honest and transparent with you and handle sensitive messages with empathy. Moreover, I respect your time and will ensure that it is not wasted.

Your commitment 

You will keep an open and receptive mindset when approaching your reading. You answer questions about your situation honestly to make the most of your reading. You will treat me with respect during and after the reading. You will remember that Tarot readings provide insight, but the final decisions and choices are yours to make based on your own free will.

My approach

I believe that the tarot is a powerful tool for tapping into our inner wisdom to support personal growth and transformation.

My approach to tarot reading is deeply rooted in compassion, empathy, and intuition. My role is as a guide and a facilitator, helping you to access your inner guidance and wisdom through the stories told within the tarot. 

As a tarot reader, I come from a place of non-judgment and approach each reading with an open mind and an open heart. I create a welcoming and accepting environment that allows you to share your deepest concerns and questions.

Bookings

If you would like to schedule a reading, go to the website and click on the ‘Book a Reading’ button for the product of your choice. Make sure to fill out the intake form completely for the best reading experience. Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If additional details are needed, you will be contacted to provide them. 

Delivery

The completed reading will be delivered to your email inbox within seven business days for written or pre-recorded readings. Virtual readings will be done via Google Meet. 

Payment

All prices are listed on the website. All payments will be in NZD. 

Payment will be made at the time of booking. 

Refunds

Payments made for written and pre-recorded readings are non-refundable. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual or in-person reading, you must provide 24-hour notice. If you cancel before the 24-hour window, your payment will be refunded. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied to your next appointment. If you do not show up for your booking or fail to provide 24-hour notice, your payment will not be refunded.

Disclaimer

Luminary service does not provide solutions for issues related to lost items or person locating, predicting dates of death, predicting exact event dates (such as marriage), reading about past lives, pregnancy, diagnosing or curing illnesses, or reading about individuals under the age of 18, unless you are their legal guardian or parent. I reserve the right to decline any Tarot reading that conflicts with my personal ethics.

Luminary readings are not intended to serve as a replacement for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, business, financial, or therapeutic matters, for which I am not qualified to provide guidance. In such cases, I will encourage seeking the assistance of a qualified professional. 

I assure you that I will always approach my readings with the utmost professionalism, expertise, and care. However, it is important to understand that I cannot guarantee a specific outcome from a reading, and any insights or opinions I offer are solely based on my interpretation of the cards. Rest assured, I will fulfill my services as described to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that my readings are intended for entertainment purposes only.

Privacy Policy

I care about your Personal Information and want to ensure it is accurate, confidential, and secure. I understand that your information is important to you, and I will never share it with anyone unless you agree or it's required by law. You're in control of what you share with me, but keep in mind that not providing some information might limit the services I can offer you.
